The project involved the removal and replacement of damaged industrial 6-foot and 12-foot fencing.  The fencing was along the boundary of and within a national park.  The location of the fencing made it hard to access.  Our team cut trails to the fencing in order to make paths for the heavy machinery that was needed to remove the damaged fencing and to bring in the replacement materials. Due to historical preservation concerns, our team had to survey the site and ensure that all employees retained the integrity of the location. Due to the dangerous nature of the work and the sub-tropical location with poisonous fauna, a full-scale activity hazard analysis was completed and reviewed in regular safety meetings. Our team members led the team in project management, site supervision, safety and quality control work.
