The SOW includes designing and building an exercise pavilion, removal and installation of new PT equipment, refurbishing a running path and site refurbishment work along Bonita Bay at Tyndall Air Force Base. For this project we are employing and overseeing architectural design, surveyors, carpenters, painters, paving contractors and site work.  The pavilion design is following the standard 35%, 65%, 95% and final design process following CSI Master and Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS.)  While design is ongoing, our team is performing site and geotechnical surveys.  Once the design is approved, we will mobilize to scape the concrete pad and running path, re-asphalt and apply new elastomer.  The team will then build a pavilion while another team focuses on removing concrete debris the waterway and refurbishing the volleyball court. As we will be working on the waterfront, a through storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) has been created in anticipation of applying for permitting.
